Good consultation on how to stop them from coming in with specific instructions about how to address the problem. Bait with two different kinds of poison (different from the other companies who only use one kind of poison) and placed strategically. Zain was our onsite guy. He’s so friendly. I was commenting on how friendly they were and he said something to the effect of, “it’s our job to understand that you have stress and to help make it better”. I’m really pleased. They have a 100 day guarantee on this service. The traps are good for two years. I hope I never need to use them again. But if I do, they will be at the very top of my list.”
