Right from the first phone call to the guy showing up at the house, everyone was so friendly. This job was for most removal. In and out easy. Good consultation on how to stop them from coming in with specific instructions about how to address the problem. Bait with two different kinds of poison (different from the other companies who only use one kind of poison) and placed strategically. Zain was our onsite guy. He’s so friendly. I was commenting on how friendly they were and he said something to the effect of, “it’s our job to understand that you have stress and to help make it better”. I’m really pleased. They have a 100 day guarantee on this service. The traps are good for two years. I hope I never need to use them again. But if I do, they will be at the very top of my list.

We had a family of sparrows decide to make a nice little home of our main floor bathroom fan exhaust. YYC pest control came on Sunday night and took care of them in humane and ethical manner. These guys we’re awesome. We had a colony of bees that decided the wall of our travel trailer would be a nice place to make a nest. The spray used by YYC Pest worked great to keep away mosquitoes. We had an infestation in the front door area, backyard and deck. We didnt see any mosquitoes for a longtime. We asked for them to comeback for a 2nd spray last week because the mosquitoes were starting to comeback. They came on a day with a chance of rain and sure enough, it rained and washed away some of the chemicals. YYC came back a 3rd time to resolve the mosquito issue! Thank you guys very much! Definently will be scheduling these guys again next year.

Had a great experience with YYC Pest Control. We had an issue with mice in our garage and weren’t sure where they were getting in. Writing this review after a month of using their services for the severe vole infestation in our yard. Right from contacting them to starting the work, the communication is excellent. The next day itself they came and installed the needed boxes ( safe to use ) . I could see positive results within a week. The vole problem has reduced a lot or close to nil now. My contract is for a longer duration. Will again write an update after two months. I recommend them strongly for pest control.

We had a large skunk caught in a squirrel trap in our yard. Had YYC Pest Control come to deal with it. They were GREAT with handling the skunk and letting it go outside the city. They were very careful when removing it from the yard and the Skunk did not release any spray in the yard or when it was placed in one of their plastic traps. So very happy with the results. Recommend using them for any pest control.

Had a dead pigeon on my roof that I couldn’t get to. I literally called a dozen different pest removal companies and they either said they won’t do that or nobody returned my call. Ahsan came to my house when I had mice. He came so quickly when we found evidence of mice in our house. He explained how to get rid of mice quickly.
